What is the Inn at Parker Station ("Inn")?
The Inn is an Assisted Living/Supported Residential Care Home for Seniors, licensed by the State of New Hampshire, for a maximum of 15 Residents. The Inn is a member of NHARCH, New Hampshire Association of Residential Care Homes (NHARCH.ORG).
What is Assisted Living, Senior Living, Supported Residential Care?
The terms are used interchangeable. However, only (Supported) Residential Care homes are licensed by the State of NH (He-P 804 and 805). The Inn is licensed under He-P 805.
Is the Inn the right place for me or my loved one?

Can Seniors bring their own furniture?
All rooms are furnished by the Inn; however, Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture to add an extra personal touch.
What is your policy on medication?
For the safety of all Residents, medications are kept centrally, locked in a cabinet and dispensed when needed or scheduled. The Inn uses Northeast Pharmacy in Concord for medication needs. However, it may be possible for Residents to continue using their preferred pharmacy for refills.
Do you have visiting hours?
No, there are no restrictions; Residents, family members and visitors can come and go at their own pleasure.
Do you allow pets?
Visiting pets are welcome (dogs and cats must have proper vaccination). We have a cat, birds, and fish.
What happens if a Resident requires more care than the Inn's license permits?
The Inn works closely with local hospitals and nursing homes and will assist Residents in finding appropriate placement.
Is there a admission or application fee?
Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable, admission fee in the amount of $1,000 to offset set-up costs like processing state-required forms, coordination with physicians and families to develop a historical profile, etc.
Can I bring my car?
Yes, Residents can bring their cars, the Inn provides plenty of off-street parking.
When was the Inn established?
The Inn has been in business for more than twenty years, was established in 1994 and has been under new ownership since October of 1998.
Who owns the Inn?
The Inn is a New Hampshire Limited Liability Company, privately owned by local people.
